We generally ship using USPS, UPS or FedEx. All packages are insured so we guarantee that you will receive your delivery. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by email or phone. Some orders may be shipped by the manufacturer depending on our stock levels.
